Our office provides litigation services to clients, through:
- Representation and pleading before all judicial and quasi-judicial bodies (general courts, commercial courts, criminal courts, personal status courts, administrative courts (Board of Grievances), commercial courts of appeal, international, financial, insurance, health, banking and other bodies, until the case is fully adjudicated with professionalism and commitment Strict follow-up.
- Preparing memorandums, submitting requests and regulations for objecting to judgments of first degree, objecting to judgments before the courts of appeal, and requesting cassation to seek reconsideration of final judgments, and submitting them on the specified dates for that.
- Legal and legal representation before the Court of Execution to present defenses and demand the implementation of judgments issued by the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and foreign judgments, decisions issued by quasi-judicial authorities and arbitral tribunals, and claim rights resulting from commercial papers (check – bond – bill of exchange).
- Submission of final requests to the competent courts, such as proof of death, determination of inheritance, proof of dependency, and other finalities.
