Warranty Period:

Warranty for electrical appliances is two years from the date of invoice.

2. Warranty for supplies and spare parts six months from the date of issuance of invoice.

Installation and warranty conditions:

1. The original invoice must be brought.

2. Warranty means repairing the product and adopts replacement only for irreparable products. In case of factory defect with the product with the first operation and within six days from the date of invoice, the product can be replaced.

3. The product shall be within the warranty period and under the original invoice.

4. The warranty shall include any defect or defect of the product resulting from a factory defect and shall not include any defect or defect due to misuse, poor installation, poor operation or failure to comply with periodic maintenance instructions.

5. Warranty does not include items consumed by the product that need periodic replacement.

Installation, operation and periodic maintenance work must be carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the user’s manual.

7. The device should be installed in a well-ventilated and dry place while preventing water from falling on it and in an air-conditioned place and away from sunlight.

8. The feeding voltage shall be 220V.

3. When there is smuggling or defect in the product, immediately stop using it and communicate with the enterprise to book a maintenance appointment. The warranty does not include any additional damage due to the delay in repairing the product.

4. The device used to feed open tank.

5- Running the device continuously without stopping.

6. Discontinuing the use of the device for more than two weeks may cause damage to the device requires the replacement of filters.

7. Non-switching filters by their specified date results in damage to the device.

8. Sealing the discharge water damages the device.
