Footsteps programme

Footsteps programme
It is an integrated and codified therapeutic program for early intervention that stems from the HELP program according to strategies that have proven successful internationally and covers 5 training areas.

Program philosophy:
The application of the Khatta program depends on early intervention strategies based on developmental development, such as the HELP program, which encourages and motivates the child and aims to develop the child’s motor and social abilities and skills, sensory coordination, communication, and independence skills.
Target group

1- Motor disability among those who have multiple disabilities.
2- An intelligence level within the range of moderate and severe mental retardation, with problems in motor development.
3- It targets the early intervention category, as it is considered a transitional program that helps develop capabilities and prepare the child for higher skills.
The scientific method: Inspired by evolutionary development programs, especially the HELP program, the curriculum is reviewed and developed based on Jean Piaget’s theory and the requirements of natural growth.
program duration:
The program consists of two levels, each level containing 5 basic areas. The duration of training at each level is 14 weeks, during which children are trained in various skills, ranging from simple, medium, to complex skills.
Training areas:
